Yoga is a form of exercise similar to Pilates but involves a variety of positions and movement patterns to improve strength, balance and flexibility. Each session also includes some relaxation and mindfulness for body and mind to unwind.
A highly supportive, small group session led by a specialist physiotherapist with additional Yoga qualifications. Whether you can get down to a mat or need to use one of our two specialist beds (plinth) you can enjoy greater control over your body. £15 per session following an 1:1 assessment
