Surrey Hills Rehab offers Physiotherapy sessions in your own home with either a Physiotherapist or Specialist Physiotherapy Assistant with over 20 years experience in Neuro-Rehabilitation.

This service is available for those unable to travel to the rehabilitation studio but also to those requiring complex rehabilitation as there will be specific goals to work towards within your own home environment and daily routine.

Sometimes a home assessment will be required, perhaps with an Occupational Therapist too, to guide you about adaptations to your home environment to promote your independence at home and reduce your risk of falls at home

This service is available for people living within 15 miles of GU6/Cranleigh. Additional travel charges apply of £1 per mile
