If you have had an acute neurological event such as a stroke, or a sudden change in a long term condition such as Multiple Sclerosis with specific functional goals you want to achieve, you may want to consider our Intensive Neurorehabilitation programme that promotes optimal Neuroplasticity through intensive and specific exercise.

These days or weeks can be planned to be unidisciplinary (NeuroPhysiotherapy) or multidisciplinary (NeuroPhysiotherapy plus Occupational Therapy and/or Speech and Language Therapy and/or Clinical Psychology) You will be assessed for your suitability for this programme either at home or at the studio before planning with you, your Bespoke rehabilitation package.

You will need to be able to manage the intensity of at least one 1:1 therapy session and one group exercise session per day across a Monday to Saturday week. You would have access to up to 14 exercise groups per week as well NeuroPhysiotherapy and Rehabilitation Assistants to focus on your specific needs and goals.

These weeks can be themed if required, for example Upper Limb Rehabilitation, Gait Rehabilitation.

Prices start at £100 per day for daily 1:1 session and attendance at as many exercise groups as available.

Example timetable and with cost £100 per day or £600 Mon-Sat week:

• Mon AM Initial assessment and goal setting 90mins, PM 1:1 session with Rehabilitation Assistant

• Tues AM Group session e.g. NeuroYoga, PM 1:1 session with NeuroPhysiotherapist

• Weds AM Group session e.g. NeuroFit PM 1:1 session with NeuroPhysiotherapist

• Thurs AM Group session e.g. NeuroPilatesPM 1:1 session with NeuroPhysiotherapist

• Fri AM Group session e.g. NeuroFit PM 1:1 session with Rehabilitation Assistant

• Sat AM Group session e.g. NeuroYoga

• Final session 1:1 session with NeuroPhysiotherapist review of goals, outcome measures, home exercise programme (Home visit if within 25 miles) and Summary report.
